Client: Frank Adams Contracts
Client problem:
Frank Adams Contracts approached us to help with a project they were working on for Salerno Pizza Restaurant in Saint James Centre, Edinburgh. They needed decorative steel panels to clad the outside of the restaurant which were to become a really unique feature of the windows. The panels needed to be powder coated to match the structural steelwork and could only be installed at night, when Saint James Centre was closed . As you can imagine – this meant we had a really tight window of opportunity – pun FULLY intended 😂
Precision Metals solution:
We worked in collaboration with Salerno’s architect and Frank Adams Contracts to ensure the accuracy of the drawings prior to fabrication. This enabled us to ensure the panels would fit perfectly. Later in the project we were also asked to produce steel frame tables and chairs for the restaurant as the shopfitting team were running out of time and struggling to meet the tight project deadlines. We were happy to help and built the tables and bench seating to compliment the interior design of the restaurant for the client.
