Client problem:
This client was supplying a giant ferris wheel to form part of the George Square Christmas Market in Glasgow in 2019. They already had a sectional steel walkway and steps that allowed customers to safely board and exit the ferris wheel but the two way traffic was causing a log jam of people when the wheel was busy. They approached us to copy the existing walkway to allow separate entry and exit routes for customers the only issue was they had a really tight time frame for us to complete the works.

Despite being really busy in the workshop with other client projects; we were happy to accommodate this request. We were able to not only copy the walkway in time and on budget, but delivered it on site and install it for the customer – delighting not only them, but all of the Christmas ferris wheel riders.
